Our cheese boards, charcuterie, hummus and other fresh and gourmet products can be enjoyed in the dining area inside the shop or on our terrace.
On this location formerly owned by Maison De Neuville, one of the first Saumur sparkling wine Houses, you can observe the remains of a rehabilitated wine-growing heritage.
Among the emblematic places of the site which are currently kept secret, are more than 2.9 hectares of troglodyte galleries which still contribute to the beauty and uniqueness of the place today.
